Oyster farms are busy
Christmas is coming soon and therefore time to think about how it should be celebrated and what is on the table. Oysters are a popular luxury at the festival, and the oyster farms along our coasts are busy. Our correspondent Katharina Lösche learns what it's like from a young backpacker from Lübeck, who works on an oyster farm in South Australia.
