Curfew in Sydney, lockdown extended

Curfew from 9pm to 5am is imposed in 12 local government areas in west and southwest Sydney while the lockdown in Greater Sydney is extended until the end of September.


Tightening of restrictions was announced today for NSW. The most populous state in Australia recorded 466 new cases. 

In Victoria, premier Daniel Andrews said that the state is in a critical point. Today they were 55 new cases.
