Through a series of videos that she presents on YouTube, Greek Australian law student, Theodoula Vorenas, is trying to help students who are preparing for the final exams, in Victoria.
With her recent memories of the stress of these exams, the young student highlights the additional difficulties caused by the pandemic of COVID-19.
«Since I am a university student who has just recently completed VCE myself I know first hand the stress and pressure that it can have on students. After the outbreak of the coronavirus and the requirement for students to learn remotely I sympathised with all VCE students as I knew that this was possibly going to add on the level of stress that they were experiencing. I knew that learning remotely may pose difficulty for some students who preferred that environment of a traditional classroom. I wanted to do something about this as I have a willingness to help out where I can. This was ultimately my motive for the creation of my YouTube channel”, she said.
The young Uni student started a series of short videos for various subject of Year 12, starting with that of "Health and Human Development", while as she says, then it was extended to other subjects, after a request from the students follow her videos.
