Ingredients
- 1 cup paneer (cubed)
- 1 cup mushroom (thick cut)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup green capsicum
- water as needed
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method
- In a pan add oil, pan fry the paneer on both sides and set aside.
- Now in the same pan add oil, cumin seeds, onion and salt.
- Cook the onions till they turn translucent.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, tomato paste and water (if needed).
- Cook this till the gravy is cooked.
- Now add capsicum, mushroom and cook till the veggies are cooked.
- Add paneer and mix gently and cook for about 2 mins.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
