Recipe: Noni Sachdeva
Ingredients (serves 2)
- ½ cup Cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup Tomato (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup Boiled potato (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup Boiled beetroot (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup Red onion (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup Green coriander chutney
- ½ cup Butter
- 2-3 tbsp Chaat masala
- 4 White bread slices
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Method
- Apply butter to all slices of bread.
- Apply green coriander chutney on top of the butter.
- Now on 2 slices of bread lay cucumber, tomato, chaat masala, boiled potato, some more chaat masala, beetroot, red onion, coriander and lots of cheese.
- Now lay the other 2 slices of bread on top (chutney side down). Spread some butter on top of the sandwich and toast.
- Once toasted slice the sandwich in 2 or 4, spread some more grated cheese on top and serve with some tomato sauce and green coriander chutney.
