DonateLife Week 2022 is currently running till 31 July and aims to register over 100,000 Australians as organ and tissue donors. Nearly 2000 Australians are currently waiting for organ transplants. As a result of COVID-19, the number of organ donations has decreased by 25 percent since the start of the pandemic.
