New cadetship program in Australia brings skilled workers closer to industries that need them

Refugees with engineering qualifications are getting a new start to their careers, building Victoria’s major roads infrastructure. An innovative new cadetship program is helping to bridge the skills gap between overseas graduates whose engineering qualifications aren't recognised and industries in need of skilled workers.
