A handful of Italians, but no Australian restaurant, appeared on the World’s Best Restaurants 2019. We have invited chef Fabio Stefanelli, from La Favola in Sydney, and chef Domenico De Marco, from Giro d'Italia in Melbourne, to talk about rankings in hospitality with our listeners.
