The four seminars are:

 

12 July, 6.30pm/8.00pm - Abruzzo and Marche: Rituals, Celebrations and sounds from Central Italy

 

26 July, 6.30pm/8.00pm - Puglia: the pizzica, the taranta and the ancient pagan traditions of Puglia

 

17 August, 6.30pm/8.00pm - Calabria and Sicilia: the ancient sounds from the parched South

 

31 August, 6.30pm/8.00pm -Traditional tales. An exploration of the stories which emerged from researching traditional music among migrants, craftsmen and farmers
