Chocolate salami

Ingredients

  • 125gr butter
  • 150gr sugar
  • 200gr dry biscuits
  • 50gr cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ glass of rum (optional for adults)

If you use chocolate eggs, 50 gr will be needed and will only use 100gr of butter.

To decorate:

  • 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
  • Roasting twine

Method

Melt the butter over a low heat and leave to cool.

Combine eggs, sugar, cocoa and possibly the rum.

Mix well and add the dry and coarsely crumbled biscuits.

With the help of baking or cling paper, roll up the dough to give it the shape of the salami.

Refrigerate for between two and three hours.

Sprinkle with icing sugar and, with the roasted string, give it the shape of the salami.

Buon appetito!
