After weeks of isolation at home, what and how much exercise do we need to get back in shape?

According to a study just released by Iowa State University, people who managed to stay physically active during the first weeks of lockdown were also able to better manage the psychological repercussions of the isolation period. Those who kept exercising for at least 150 minutes a week had a lesser tendency to develop depression, anxiety and loneliness.

Nothing new perhaps, because the connection between physical health and mental health has long been clear.
