FIFA has announced its plan to punish fans with racist acts or speech towards players.

FIFA has announced its plan to punish fans with racist acts or speech towards players. Following from Juventus' Keane's action against racism attack from Cagliari fan in Italy, Bonucci sparked controversy by saying that Keane also contributes 50 per cent to the fault. A similar story can be found by Frimpong's encounter of racism by Spartak Moscow fans.

FIFA is yet to announce detail plans, but harsh action like point reduction and relegation is the way to stop further racist behaviour
