Restrictions take hold as Australia grapples with more COVID-19 cases

Three Australian states and territory are grappling with COVID-19 outbreaks as the number of social and travel restrictions continue to increase.

The ACT announced it was making face masks mandatory in certain indoor settings in a response to the recent rise in coronavirus cases in NSW.
