'Every second was important': Phunjo Lama, the fastest woman to scale Mount Everest

Phunjo Jhangmu Lama has become the fastest woman to scale Mount Everest, securing a record of 14 hours and 31 minutes in May 2024. Lama spoke to SBS Nepali about the challenges and rewards of her journey.
