As the Teej festival approaches, Sydney-based artists have released a new Teej song, 'Achchha Lekin Railaima', featuring vocals by Bijay Jung Thapa and Shanti Shree Pariyar, music by Jhalak Sangeetam, and dance performance by Rina KC. In this interview with Sunita Pokharel, Bijay Jung Thapa and Rina KC discuss the experience of producing Nepali music from Australia, and the role of Nepali songs and culture in helping second-generation Nepalis stay connected to their heritage.
