Paras Khadka, the captain of Nepali national cricket team, has a rather very unconventional connection to Australia. He first wanted to enter the great southern land on a student visa in 2009 but was refused. But it was a boon in disguise as well found out - the much-loved sports star soon not only rose high up in the Nepali cricket but also made is mark internationally. Currently, he is back in Australia to promote Nepali cricket to the expats. We spoke with him on rising cricketing sensation Sandeep Lamichhane and the present day state of Nepali cricket.
