Susan Sapkota is the CEO and co-founder of a Melbourne-based brewery that produces beers with a “Nepali taste”. We spoke to Sapkota about his journey from coming to Australia in 2016 as an international student to now leading his own business, including challenges and opportunities for Nepali beer in Australia, on the occasion of International Beer Day (IBD). IBD is observed every year on the first Friday in August.
