The findings of an independent review show actual or attempted sexual assaults were reported by men and women.
It follows an independent review of Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplaces which saw its final report tabled late last year.

A culture of bullying and sexual harassment in New South Wales Parliament has been revealed.
