The federal government has, for the first time, published an advisory that attributes malicious cyber activites to a group acting on behalf of China. Police allege a 28-year-old father is likely responsible for the death of the three children in Sydney's west and allege he attempted to thwart emergency service efforts to rescue the children from the fire.
