What are the challenges faced by female cricketers in Nepal?

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) handed out central contracts to 49 players in February, out of which 19 were women. While the men's cricket team is competing in the June ICC Men's T-20 World Cup, female players have a lot to catch up on. CAN President Chatur Bahadur Chand spoke to SBS Nepali about the challenges faced by women's cricket in Nepal, pay parity and future plans.
