This year saw the Central West Black Trackers make their debut, competing for the first time at one of the biggest gatherings of Aboriginal people in the country.

Wiradjuri man Isaiah Ahsee from Wellington took on the role of coach, leading the newly formed side into their first Knockout. For Isaiah and his team, representing their region on this stage was about more than just sport, it was about community, culture and coming together as mob.

The Central West Black Trackers made a strong entrance, with five sides across different divisions competing. NITV Radio had a yarn to Isaiah and some of the boys about what this opportunity means to them and why they love the Koori Knockout.
