Heavy rain across much of south-eastern Queensland is causing widespread flooding in the aftermath of Cyclone Debbie. Schools were closed and residents are being asked to stay inside.


The deluge that hit the northern coastline with category four Cyclone Debbie is now wreaking havoc inland and also in the south of the 'sunshine state'. Bureau of Meteorology saying a month's worth of rain could fall within 24 hours.The rain is also bad news for farmers, whose crops have already been devastated by harsh winds
