Olga Itsenko-Mahler dreamed of becoming an actress since childhood, but her parents dissuaded the blind girl from Kharkiv from such a choice. 20 years later, already living in Australia, Olga sent her entry to a casting for blind actors and received an invitation to play the “always angry” Braille teacher in the pilot of an American comedy series.
