Chef Rezo: 'The kind of borscht that I cook is hard to find even in Ukraine'

Revaz Teimurazov or simply Chef Rezo is originally from Georgia. He studied and worked in Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. Now he lives in Australia, and here he cooks or, as he calls it, "creates" new dishes that combine the cuisines of all those countries.
