The government has released Australia's first ever Wellbeing Framework. The framework identifies five themes to track how healthy, secure, sustainable, cohesive and prosperous Australians are. Dr Maxim Ananyev explained in coversation with SBS Russian what the index is, what it measures and what policies it might influence.
