Kwa msaada wa kihisia kwa njia ya simu kwa masaa 24 siku 7 za wiki, piga simu Lifeline kwa namba 13 11 14 au Beyondblue kwa namba 1300 22 4636.

Ikiwa utahitaji mkalimani, piga simu huduma ya Kitaifa ya Ukarimani na Utafsiri kwa namba 131 450 na ulizia kuunganishwa na huduma unayoitaka.
