ஆஸ்திரேலிய கால்பந்து நட்சத்திரம் Sam Kerr, இலண்டனில் நடந்த ஒரு சம்பவத்திற்குப் பிறகு, ஒரு காவல்துறை அதிகாரியை "stupid and white" - "முட்டாள் வெள்ளையன்" என்று விவரித்ததாக அவர் மீது 2023ஆம் ஆண்டு குற்றம் சாட்டப்பட்டது. அது குறித்த விசாரணை நேற்று முன் தினம் நிறைவடைந்தது.

Matildas captain Sam Kerr says she’s looking forward to putting a challenging period behind her, after she was found not guilty of racially harassing a London policeman.

The 31-year-old insists she did not intend to insult or harm anyone when she called the officer "stupid and white", as Kulasegaram Sanchayan reports.
