Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has addressed the German parliament - warning that Russia is building a new wall against freedom across Europe through its invasion of his country. Rescuers have been working to help over a thousand people who were in a bomb shelter in a theatre which was attacked by Russian forces. Many of those in the shelter were children.
