The UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres has said the people of Ukraine are enduring a living hell, and warned that the situation is becoming more destructive and unpredictable by the hour. Russian forces are continuing to shell a number of cities in the country, and the latest efforts to secure a humanitarian corridor into the southern city of Mariupol, have failed.
