Ukraine says it will not be evacuating civilians from some of the worst hit parts of the country because of fears about possible Russian attacks. Meanwhile, delegations from Ukraine and Russia are travelling to Istanbul for the first face-to-face talks between the two sides in more than a fortnight. And Russia's last major independent news organisation - Novaya Gazeta - says it's suspending print and online publication until the end of the war. Here's your update from the BBC...
