The Ukrainian government has spoken of some Russian military units withdrawing from the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, just after the Russian defence minister announced that combat operations in those regions would be drastically curtailed. The development comes after both Ukrainian and Russian negotiators indicated some progress had been made at peace talks in Turkey. The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency is visiting Ukraine to discuss the safety of its nuclear power plants. Here's your update from the BBC...
