About the cruel russian attack on Dnipropetrovsk region: “The Armed Forces of Ukraine, our intelligence and our law enforcement agencies will not leave today's Russian shelling of the Dnipropetrovsk region unanswered. 13 people died as a result of the occupiers' attack on Marhanets'. More than ten are wounded, five are in grave condition.”

The explosions at western Crimea’s Saki airbase rattled nerves in Moscow and sparked panic throughout the Russian-occupied Ukrainian peninsula, with traffic jams reported on routes leading to the Crimean Bridge as Russian holidaymakers scrambled to cut short their vacations.

International Atomic Energy Agency head Rafael Grossi has told a meeting of the United Nations' Security Council that time is of the essence to allow inspectors into the facility, following an accusation from Russia's defence ministry that Ukrainian shelling had partly damaged a thermal power plant and splash pools that form part of the reactors' cooling systems. But Ukraine's representative to the UN, Dmitry Manuilsky, says the country accepts the need for access and has blamed Russia for standing in the way.
