1. We shared stories from Ukraine of the humanitarian efforts of Nick Janiw and Ukrainian Guardian Angels.

2. The experience of independent journalist Elliot Goodyer (@rubberammo) who has just returned from Kyiv and is telling the stories of the victims of the war in a podcast series and documentary.

3. We also had an update on higher level discussions happening from Stefan Romaniw in Kyiv.

4. President of the Svoboda Alliance AU&NZ Jane Manakova, an Australian Russian who has been protesting against Putin's war with Svoboda Alliance shared her support for Ukraine.
