A balanced and nutritious diet is the key to health. Following different phases of many diets at once is called diet stacking and can lead to serious health problems. If you want to lose weight, choose a balanced diet on a regular basis. Listen to Rida Tahir, a nutritionist, talk about how this can be done in this podcast.

Rida Tahir is a nutritionist who encourages people of South Asian background to eat a healthy and nutritious diet that is culturally appropriate. Rida says, “Instead of crash diets to lose weight, making sustainable and healthy food choices can keep you healthy in the long run.”
Dieting does not mean starving yourself, but rather eating the right things, at the right time, and in the right amounts.
