SBS Urdu is launching a special series for those planning to perform Hajj this year, offering key guidance on health precautions, essential medicines, and common challenges during the pilgrimage. The series will also explain the Nusuk app, elder care, travel options from Australia versus home countries, and is it possible to perform Hajj easily in the current situation in the Middle East?


Today’s episode focuses on the importance of managing medicines during Hajj. SBS Urdu speaks with Dr. Ayesha Saqib and pilgrims Salman Iqbal and his wife, who performed Hajj in 2023, to share expert advice and lived experiences on staying healthy during the pilgrimage.
