Sonia Hussain holds a unique place in Pakistani dramas and films with her excellent acting. She immerses herself in her roles and works. Recently, she was awarded the Diamond Butterfly Film Award in Russia for her best performance in the horror film Demak.
In an exclusive interview with SBS Urdu, Sonia Hussain spoke about the success of her film Deemak, her awards and her upcoming films.
She said that it is a matter of pride for a Pakistani film to receive an international award not only for the entire film industry but also for the entire country. She is playing the role of a football player in her next film, which is a new and challenging experience for her. She says that her main goal in entering the field of acting was to be able to convey her voice and her thoughts to the people in an effective way.
