When Australia closed its borders in March 2020, many passengers who already had booked their tickets were left in dark, but after some time airlines started to either give money back or gift vouchers to the passengers. Same happened with Thai Air’s Passengers, they have been told that their money would be returned by the airline but it’s been almost ‘two years and passengers are still waiting for their money to be backed
