The journey towards gaining permanent residency in regional Australia brings different experiences and challenges for many. Abdul Waheed Rabbani, who lives in Katherine, a town in the Northern Territory, says that in the beginning, adjusting to a new environment was challenging. However, with time, things improved.

Meanwhile, Salman Sakhawat shared his experience of moving from Sydney to Tasmania in pursuit of permanent residency. He left his job in Sydney and took up work on a farm, where he looked after livestock. He advised newcomers moving to regional Australia to be mentally prepared for the challenges they may face.
Salman Mysoore Khan explained that he gained permanent residency after living in a regional area of Tasmania. According to him, his time in regional Australia laid the foundation for his success.
