SBS Dateline reporter Nick Lazaredes has visited a Thai jail where prisoners, including rapists and murderers, are given the opportunity to train as kickboxers and compete in bouts for their release.

Nick's story can be seen on Dateline at 9.30 tonight on SBS ONE.
