Australian journalist and Dateline's first host Paul Murphy has died

Australian journalist and the first Dateline host Paul Murphy has died age 77.

Paul Murphy, known for ABC programs This Day Tonight, PM, AM and Nationwide, and SBS’s Dateline, died of cancer on Tuesday. He has been remembered across the industry for his commitment to public broadcasting and his sharp interviewing skills.
