Acclaimed Australian blues singer Renée Geyer has died

The music world is mourning the loss of acclaimed Australian singer Renée Geyer. The 69-year-old's family has confirmed she died after complications following hip surgery. The soul singer rose to prominence in the 1970s and was later being inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame.
