Police have found 2.7 tonnes of cocaine in western Sydney.

Police say 35-year-old Danny Ridley took the camera after the attack at a Hanukkah event in December.

The camera belonged to Peter Meagher, one of the 15 people killed.

Police later found the camera and a memory card with Mr Meagher's last photographs.

Mr Ridley faces theft-related charges.

The case has been moved to Waverley Local Court.

.The Australian Medical Association says ambulance delays are getting worse.

Its new report shows ambulance crews are waiting longer outside hospitals before patients can be handed over to staff.

More than 2.4 million people arrived at emergency departments by ambulance last year.

AMA President Danielle McMullen says too many patients are waiting too long to get care.

" We've seen a record year of ambulance demand. More ambulance call outs than ever before, and more than half of people calling an ambulance needing to go to emergency departments. So that's more than 2.4 million ambulances arriving at our emergency departments right around the country. That's busy enough, and yet when they get there, we're finding far too many Australians are stuck in that ambulance, waiting too long to be seen definitively in the emergency department."

Australia's biggest chicken producer has put its farms in Western Australia into lockdown after bird flu was found in wild birds.

The H5N1 bird flu virus was found in a sick bird near Esperance.

A second bird has also tested positive in an early test.

At least 16 sick or dead birds have now been found along the WA coast.

Aurelie Labbe from the W-A Seabird Conservation Network the virus may have already spread further than first thought.

"It's a huge stretch of coastline, not very well monitored for the arrival of the disease. It’s very unlikely that we would have found patient zero if patient one, the petrel, is confirmed to be H5NX as well.”

Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem says Israeli forces must leave southern Lebanon.

He says there should not be a security zone controlled by Israel.

He also warned Hezbollah would respond if Israel breaks a ceasefire agreement between them.

The comments come after Israel said its troops could still act against threats inside Lebanon.

Qassem is also calling on Lebanon's government to build a stronger relationship with Iran.

At the FIFA World Cup, Uruguay and Cape Verde have drawn two-all.

Uruguay took the lead twice, but Cape Verde scored two times to level the match.

The result means all teams in Group H still have a chance to reach the next stage.

Uruguay will next play Spain, while Cape Verde faces Saudi Arabia.

SBS says more than one in three Australians has watched its World Cup coverage during the first nine days of the tournament.

About 3.4 million people watched Australia's two-nil loss to the United States on Saturday.
