Victoria eases COVID-19 restrictions

Victoria prepares to open a new quarantine hub for unvaccinated travellers, to replace the unfit hotel isolation system. Meanwhile protesters have again descended on Parliament House in Canberra, despite the latest easing of COVID-19 restrictions across the country.
