Aboriginal flag to permanently fly on Sydney Harbour Bridge by end of year

New South Wales taxpayers will pay more than 20 millions dollars so the Aboriginal flag can fly on the Sydney Harbour Bridge all year-long. The Premier has defended the expense and Indigenous Campaigners say it's an important step for future generations.
