A new documentary seeks to explore the answer, and NITV is looking for young Indigenous soccer players to take part.

Goreng Goreng man and former Socceroo David Williams will lead the team through a training camp held in Sydney, all to be captured for a one-of-a-kind series.

Williams represented Australia with the Socceroos and had a successful career spanning 20 years in both the A-League and Danish Superliga.

For one month, you’ll be filmed as you live, train and play alongside other passionate First Nations soccer players.

You’ll be coached and mentored by Australian sporting legends and internationally renowned sporting heroes.
