Today marks the 23rd Anniversary of the design of the Torres Strait Island Flag. Designed by the late Bernard Namok of Thursday Island, the flag symbolises the unity and identity of all Torres Strait Islanders. In a special treat NITV News' Danny Teece-Johnson caught up with Bernard Namok Jnr, who shares his fathers story.
