What happens when young people are allowed to call the shots? Five years in the making, Phunktional Arts, has worked with 300+ participants from the Mildura and Sunraysia region to create 'Calling the Shots'. The project saw them write and create three short films in what was not only an arts project, but a way of raising awareness of other cultures, promoting and supporting social cohesion and celebrating cultural diversity.
