Artist from Great Sandy Desert wins the prestigious NATSIAA award

An artist from Western Australia's Great Sandy Desert has won the prestigious National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Award. Jukuja Dolly Snell - who now lives in Fitzroy Crossing - took home the 50.000 $ top prize, after her painting was selected as the overall winner, from more than 290 entries and 65 finalists.
