The Budget reply is the Opposition's chance to put its own alternative Budget forward to the Australian people. Last night, the Labor Party did just that - and outlined its plans for a 'smart, modern and fair Australia.' But, Indigenous Affairs only got a minor mention in Bill Shorten's Budget blueprint.
