Since it began in 2012, the Aboriginal Knockout Challenge has seen communities come together to get fit, eat well and lose weight. It's a joint effort from New South Wales Health and the state's rugby league that teaches the personal benefits of healthy lifestyle choices, and the results show the positive impact it's having on the wider community.
